Post: Modern Apprentice Location: Various Office-Based Positions Education 2 Highers at Grade C or above. Core skills at SCQF Level 4. Principle Role To contribute to the services' improvement plan while acquiring skills/knowledge appropriate with the aims and objectives of the Council and the relevant SVQ to Level 3. Skills/Knowledge Requirements It is desirable that modern apprentices are computer literate and have knowledge and experience of computer software packages. Personal Features It is essential that modern apprentices have good interpersonal and communication skills. It is also desirable that they have the ability to work both as a team member and on their own initiative. Other Information Successful candidates will undertake an SVQ Level 3 in the appropriate occupational area. Full in-house training will be given in all software programmes deemed appropriate to service functions.
