As a Relationship Management Support apprentice in Commercial & Private Banking, you will be providing support to either a relationship manager or a team of relationship managers. We would expect you to focus on the delivering service excellence to our customers & create a strong relationship between the bank and personal and business customers. This could be over the phone or in a face to face environment to make things simple for our customers.
What will I learn?
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills as you'll be liaising with relationship managers and customers alike. Using your organisational skills you'll be able to perform under pressure to meet customer demands. And above all, you will need integrity and share our focus on delivering fair outcomes for our customers.
An RBS apprenticeship will offer you a permanent job, training to allow you to develop your skills as well as gain a Level 3 Qualification in Relationship Management that will be gained over an 18 month period. You will be allocated a buddy who will support you whilst you work and study.
You will be contracted to 35 hours per week, working Monday – Friday. You will receive a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.
What qualification or qualities are required?
We will require that you have achieved a GSCE Grade C / National 4 in Maths & English (or equivalent). We will provide all the training & development that you require to be successful in this role, all you need to do is show us that you are willing to work hard, learn new skills and be adaptable in the environment that you are in.
