Providing admin support, working with colleagues to deliver an effective admin service,
Answering telephone and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary and pass on calls as appropriate
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail as per company requirements.
Check emails regularly and deal with as appropriate. .
Maintain filing system as necessary and updating appropriate database as required.
Faxing and photocopying as required.
Using various computer packages , Word, Excel, Sage accounts (Training will be provided in SAGE)
At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
Any other general administration duties required
Qualifications, Certificates or Licences
Good General Education, including passes in maths, english and computer/admin, as will be required to do accounting and calculations as part of the job.
Excellent IT skills , Microsoft Office , outlook, excel
Skills, Abilities and Personal Qualities
Ability to work as part of at team and on own initiative
Must be of smart appearance.
Willingness to learn
Good PC Skills – Windows, Outlook, Words and Excel.
Good Communication skills-As customer facing role
Good Organisation skills
No experience necessary as full on job training will be given in company methods – must be keen to learn and willing to attend college for further training if required. (SAGE).
