What might a typical day in this job look like?
Customer Service Administrator will perform a range of tasks in the organisation, which will involve all general admin duties associated with a Junior Administrator role.
• Answer telephone
• Mail Room duties
• Photocopying and Printing
• Upload on bespoke system
• Data Input
The successful applicant will also be providing customer feedback over the phone with full training provided.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to progress and succeed in the company and learn all aspects of the business, They will be working towards a Modern Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
