Answer telephone, screen and direct calls. Take and relay messages. Greet persons entering the company. Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the Company. General administration and clerical support Receive and sort mail Organise courier deliveries Maintain conference room diary Tidy and maintain reception area To assist in ordering company marketing literature. Maintaining and ordering stationery supplies. Filing Provide clerical/secretarial support to main office Qualifications, Certificates or Licences: Good general standard of education Skills, Abilities and Personal Qualities: Good communication skills. Excellent telephone manner Experienced: Working knowledge of integrated business system Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particular to Word, Excel and Outlook.
