These Roles are within our Contact Centre Telephone Banking Teams. Shift Patterns - Month End - 24-42.5 hours per week. Shifts between Mon-Sun. 0800-2000 5 days per week. 6 -10 hour shifts. You will gain a qualification in Providing Financial Services (Intermediate) which is equivalent to 5 GCSE's at Grades A-C.
