Out trainee scheme will give you the opportunity to train as a civil engineer, quantity surveyor or construction manager. From day one, our programme is designed to give you the best monitored, relevant and practical experience in parallel with academic study, tailored to suit your chosen career. We offer a fully funded five-year school leaver scheme where, on completion, you will gain a qualification as either a quantity surveyor, civil engineer or construction manager. It's a fantastic opportunity to get a professional qualification and on the job experience. At the same time, you'll b earning a competitive salary and getting involved in interesting and challenging work. Projects we are currently working on include Kelvin Hall Refurbishment, Irvine Leisure Centre and Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol. How do I join the scheme? All we require is that you are over 16 years of age and have achieved: Civil Engineering: SQA Higher: ABBB including Maths, Physics, Technological studies or Engineering Science at B Quantity Surveying: SQA Higher: ABBC plus English and Maths at NAT 5 Construction Management: SQA Higher: ABBC plus English and Maths at NAT 5 You'll spend one day a week attending University studying towards your degree. It's not all about study and exams though - when you're not in University, you'll be working with experienced colleagues on a range of high profile projects.
