Shift Patterns - Month End - 24-42.5 hours per week. Shifts between Mon-Sun. 0800-2000 5 days per week. 6 -10 hour shifts. Max 16 weekend days per 26 weeks.

The programme will run over 18 months. MAs will be expected to attend full day teaching sessions once a fortnight. Each MA will be assigned an assessor who will visit them in their workplace on a regular basis.

Support sessions, in the nursery setting or in our training classroom, will be available on a regular basis. Nurseries in the Renfrewshire area are urgently looking to recruit young school leavers who wish to start working and earning their own wage whilst undergoing a qualification.
Carousel Training Centre deliver Modern Apprenticeships in Social Services (Children and Young People) offering a SVQ Level 3.
The course is fully funded by Skills Development Scotland for any candidates applying who are 16-19 years old.
If successful with us for the training, we assist applicants to find full time employment within a private nursery as close to their home as possible. We can help set up interviews and give them good advice to ensure they are prepared for their visit to an employer.
They would be fully employed and paid by the nursery. The course takes 14-18 months to complete.
Classes for the theory are held one day each month at our Glasgow Office. We would also visit their workplace on a monthly basis to conduct assessments on their personal ability.

Applicants must have either 3 standard grades at both 1-4 (one of which must be English) or Intermediate 1 or 2;s at bands A-D) (one of which must be English) or passed 3 subjects at National Unit 4 or 5's (one of which must be English).

Future Prospects: Potential for future progression within the company
As a banking apprentice with BPP Professional Apprenticeships, you will complete the CBI (Chartered Bankers Institute) at levels 2 and or 3. The completion of The Professional Bankers Award (Level 2) and or The Professional Certificate in Banking award (Level 3) will be completed via a combination of tutor support and the Online Classroom Live platform. You will complete the CBI course with BPP at a level which is relevant to your current academic level of achievement and the position available. Apprenticeships will include the QCF (Qualification and Credit framework), Technical Certificate Employments rights and responsibilities workbook and Functional skills (if required).
Excellent communication skills as you’ll be liaising with relationship managers and customers alike. Organisational skills and be able to perform under pressure in order to meet customer demands.
