Throughout your apprenticeship you can expect to get your hands on state-of-the-art products, equipment or machinery from day one. All while being guided and supported by engineering experts. What you’ll need As well as showing a passion for practical engineering, you’ll need to be articulate, numerate and a great team player. You’ll also have to learn fast and have the discipline to balance studying for a qualification with the demands of your job. We also expect you to bring us passes at grade D or above in Maths, English, Physics or Chemistry, and a technical subject at GCSE, Standard Grade or an equivalent level.
