The Night shift Customer Support Apprentice role will serve a vital role within our existing world class customer support team. The individual will be a key member of the team and will be tasked with providing first line customer support for our peer to peer fundraising platforms, in addition to this they will be required to liaise with colleagues and provide reports on weekly activity from a variety of CMS systems. They should have a real passion for customer service and previous experience of content management systems would be hugely beneficial. What will I learn?Key qualifications the individual will gain at the end of this apprenticeship are: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Windows 7 Configuration. Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 Diploma for Information Technology and Telecommunications Professionals SCQF Level 6. What qualification or qualities are required? As this is a night shift Role the candidate must be 18 or over. Minimum of 5 National 5's Grade C or above including maths and English. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and workloads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
